Clinical Reflexologist Jemma Dawes, BSc (Hons), MAR, CMR5, is a fully qualified Level 5 practitioner, full member of The Association of Reflexologists (AOR) and registered with the CNHC (Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council).
Jemma trained for her Centralia Reflexology Mastership (incorporating Agored Cymru units at Level 5) at Jubilee College Leicester where she was taught by the renowned and experienced Reflexologist David Wayte, Principle of Jubilee College, Reflexology board member of the CNHC (Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council) and the first reflexologist in the UK to become a member of The Royal Society of Medicine.
Jemma became interested and fascinated in reflexology and complementary therapies after going through fertility issues.
“I found reflexology extremely beneficial to me throughout my fertility journey and feel it helped me cope with the stresses and anxiety, both physically and emotionally, associated with infertility and baby loss.
Reflexology was such a positive experience for me during this difficult time that I began to research more about it and its benefits holistically. My interest in the area grew and grew into a passion and I decided to take the leap, make a career change and enrolled on the course at Jubilee College. I have not looked back since.
I’m blessed to say that I’m a proud mummy to a gorgeous little boy after undergoing IVF treatment. I’m looking forward to following my passion to help others through reflexology and I also hope to help and support others going through their fertility journey”.
Jemma is also a tutor for Jubilee College, Nottingham, where she teaches the Level 5 Centralia Mastership in Reflexology. Jemma is excited to be opening another Jubilee College Venue in Northampton in October 2022 where she will be teaching the next generation of Reflexologists.
